What is the return policy?
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?
For hygienic and quality assurance reasons regarding authentic silk, any items that have been worn, washed, sprayed with perfume, altered, or are missing their original tags cannot be accepted for a return or exchange and are considered final sale.
When will I get my order?
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times generally take:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days.
As soon as your order leaves our Store, we will send you a tracking link via email, whatsapp or SMS so you can monitor its journey.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are proudly sourced and manufactured in India, celebrating traditional craftsmanship and the rich heritage of authentic Indian silk weaving.
Every piece is carefully inspected at our facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to ensure it meets our strict quality standards before it is shipped to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and transparently at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We do not charge any hidden handling fees. The final price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
