Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Across India

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 3–7 business days
    • Other locations: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and location accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected pin codes.
  • Additional confirmation may be required for high-value COD orders.
  • Kadamparii Silk reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or unverifiable.
  • Orders with Value Above Rs 5,000 are not Eligible for Cash-on-Delivery.
  • Partial COD is available for orders above value of Rs 5000. The customer has to pay a refundable Partial COD fee - 10% of the total cart value, via UPI and the remaining amount can paid in cash at the time of delivery.
  • If the order is cancelled or declined upon delivery, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping and return shipping charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural calamities
  • Remote delivery locations

Kadamparii Silk is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and products

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping. Please contact us before placing an international order.
