At Kadamparii Silk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item(s). If 10 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Silk products that show signs of wear, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped the wrong item, Kadamparii Silk will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of mind, wrong size ordered): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you (the customer) are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Coimbatore facility, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different color or size, send us an email at kadampariisilk@gmail.com and mail your item to our physical store address listed above.
